Herbst Appliance

The Herbst sleep appliance is a custom-made oral device used commonly to treat obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. It is worn during sleep and helps keep the airway open by repositioning the lower jaw slightly forward. By doing so, it helps prevent the collapse of the tongue and soft tissues, reducing or eliminating snoring and improving breathing during sleep. 

EMAD (Elastic Mandibular Advancement Device)

 The EMA appliance is a custom-made oral device designed to treat obstructive sleep apnea  and snoring. It works by gently advancing the mandible forward using elastic tension bands, which help keep the airway open during sleep. This prevents airway collapse, reduces snoring, and improves airflow.
